GLOBAL SURVEY CONSULTANT SDN BHD (202101044019 / 1444319-U) is a Licensed Land Surveyor company active in various fields of land surveying, including Title (Cadastral) Survey, Topographical and Engineering Survey, Mining Survey, Hydrographical Survey, Underground Survey (Utilities Detection & Mapping) and Aerial Surveying (Drones and LiDAR). Apart from that, the company acts as a consultant in the field of land development.

BHD. remains dedicated to advancing alongside the latest technological developments in the surveying industry, and aspires to continue its growth by nurturing and expanding its team of Graduate Surveyors and Licensed Land Surveyors, ensuring the highest standards of professional service for years to come.
Leadership
GLOBAL SURVEY CONSULTANT SDN BHD is wholly owned by Datuk LSr Haji Mohd Hanifa bin K Abd Hamid, a Licensed Land Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the land surveying field.
He began his career with the Sofian Group as a Surveyor after graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying in 1983. In the mid-1990s, he was appointed Branch Manager of Jurukur Bersatu, Kuantan Branch, where he further strengthened his expertise and leadership in the surveying industry.
In May 2001, he established GLOBAL SURVEY, which was subsequently registered with the Board of Land Surveyors Malaysia and the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to provide land surveying and surveying consultancy services. On 23 December 2021, the company name was changed to GLOBAL SURVEY CONSULTANT SDN. BHD., reflecting its continued growth and commitment to delivering comprehensive surveying and consultancy solutions.
